In order to work easy with invoices and track information for your company analysis, some basic information is going to be required when creating a business entity
First name & last name ( of representative )
Company name
VAT number ( or identifier if applicable )
Industry ( needed for analytic purposes )
Email
Contact information ( address, city & country )
Private customer
Not all clients are businesses and we need the following data
First name & last name
Phone number
Email ( optional )
EGN ( or identifying number ) - this information is optional, but required for invoicing
Contact information ( address, city, country )
